2024年5月1日15時ごろ、MOBJE公式Instagramアカウント(@mobje_official)におきまして、
悪意ある第三者による乗っ取りが発覚いたしました。

本日5月2日9時半ごろ、当該アカウントを無事管理下に戻すことができました。
乗っ取り期間に行われた弊社が意図しない投稿に関しましても、削除するかたちで対応いたしました。

この度は、日々MOBJEインスタグラムの投稿を楽しみにしてくださっている皆様方、関係者の方々に、
多大なご心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしまして誠に申し訳ございません。

当該アカウントから2024年5月1日15時〜2024年5月2日9時半の間に届いているDMに関しましては、
詐欺の恐れがございますため、 連絡や誘導を装うURLがあった場合には開かないようお願いいたします。
また開いてしまった場合にはスパムの恐れがございますため内容に従わないよう、ご注意くださいませ。

今回の不正アクセスを防止する緊急対策として、直ちにセキュリティを強化し、
今後の再発防止のため、原因の調査および各ソーシャルメディアアカウントの運用ポリシーの精査を行ってまいります。

ご心配をお掛けいたしましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

Apology and report on our Instagram account

At around 3:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024, MOBJE's official Instagram account (@mobje_official) was hijacked by a malicious third party.

Today, May 2, around 9:30 a.m., we were able to return the account to our control without incident.
We have also deleted the unintended posts made during the hijacking period.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused to those who enjoy our daily posts on MOBJE's Instagram and to those involved.

Please do not open any DMs sent from this account between 3:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024 and 9:30 a.m. on May 2, 2024, if you see a URL that appears to be a contact or invitation, as it may be a scam.
If you do open them, please be careful not to follow the contents as they may be spam.

As an emergency measure to prevent this unauthorized access, we will immediately strengthen security, investigate the cause, and examine the operation policies of each social media account to prevent a recurrence in the future.
